Items must be returned within 15 days from receiving our RETURN CODE and or as per our email notification verification date / time as recorded in our files or refunded is voided.
CUSTOMER MUST PAY FOR SHIPPING ON RETURNS.
NO POSTAGE DUE RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND NO CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED FOR SHIPPING CHARGES.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS WILL ALSO BE CHARGED 25% RE-STOCKING FEE AND WILL BE CREDITED LESS SHIPPING FEES.

We reserve the right to apply a 30 % administration fee from the purchase price before taxes and shipping costs to all returns classified as out of production or special order .
This fee applies to all product (s) returned by customer that require locating via our distributor network are out of production and or no longer manufactured.
