If you have purchased your Benchvent Product from an unauthorized BenchVent Official dealer and or distributor your BenchVent LifeTime warranty is deemed void. When remitting a warranty claim proof of purchase will be required via electronic email and or via fax to the BenchVent warranty claims department. In North America Strike Force Hobbies is the official BenchVent Distributor, we will provide product support and assist customers with any and all warranty claim(s). As of 3/1/2020 ( March 1 2020 )Your proof of purchase must contain date, time, and display BenchVent and or an official dealer / distributor as the vendor for any and all warranty claims. Please note that Ebay and Amazon do not form and are not in anyway part of the BenchVent Dealer / Distributor network. If you have purchased from an UnAuthorized vendor on these platforms your BenchVent Lifetime warranty no longer applies and no warranty support will be provided. All units purchased from Ebay and Amazon that are retailed by an Authorized BenchVent vendor the LifeTime Warranty is in force and applies to the purchase(s).   

Do not alter your BenchVent unit in any shape or form this will void your warranty.

Do not open your BenchVent Unit to perform repairs this will void your warranty.

Do not use other manufacture Filters, this will void your warranty.
