1- How can I pay in Canadian Funds on your site ?
You can email us your list of products desired with Manufacture,Stock Number, Product Title,and your full contact information.
We will calculate the exchange rate for that day and contact you.Upon your full approval our accounting division will remit an invoice
via email in Canadian Funds where you may pay with a Major Credit Card and or Paypal.
Note : Shipping is extra cost,and Canadian taxes for Province or Territory will be applied to all orders.
2-How does Shipping rate work ?
We use a base rate for our shipping and then we apply the exact cost according to the Weight and Size of the parcel.In most cases our base rate is fine but in some cases we must inform you of extra cost as provided to us by the carrier of your choice.
3-Where are you Located ?
We are located in Ontario Canada specifically Mississauga,Ontario.
4-Why are your prices in U.S. Dollar ?
We did a survey and found many customers preferred U.S. dollar,and we have found that two or more currencies are problematic in many cases.
5-Are you a full line Hobby Shop ?
Yes we are a full line Hobby Shop, Model Trains,Model Kits,Diecast products, Paints....etc.
6-Do you have Retail Outlet ?
No we do not at this time but we are working on a Retail outlet in the very near future 2018-2019.
7-Do you have a warehouse ?
Yes but it is closed to the public.
8-How long does it take to receive my Digcom Designs PDF ?
Normally Digcom Designs PDF are sent to you within a 24hr-48 hr ( Business Hours )window.
9-Are you Hiring ?
We are not hiring at this time but you can mail your resume if you wish to us,and we will keep it on file for future reference.
10-Will you Hold a product for me ?
Yes we will hold a product you wish to purchase,but it must be purchased within 30days at which time the hold will be removed.
11-Can I make partial payments ?
Yes you can please contact us and we will work with you.Your order will not ship until all funds are paid in full.
12-Do you ship Worldwide ?
Yes we Ship Worldwide everyday please see our shipping terms as there are parts of the World we cannot ship product.
14-Do you have someone to answer customer phone calls ?
Yes we always have someone taking your calls during our business hours,if we are not available you can leave a voice message and we will return your call.Please ensure you leave a call back number in your message.
15-How long does it take to ship product to the United States from Canada ?
Normally 3-5 days by Canada Post and 2-3 days by Courier it depends on destination and carrier used.
Note : Once parcel enters United States USPS (United States Postal Services) will deliver your order if
shipped from Canada via Canada Post Services.
16-Do you provide tracking Numbers ?
Yes all parcels ship with aTracking Number in some cases with smaller products we may ship with no tracking number to save you our customer money in shipping cost. We always keep our customers well informed on their order with us.You may also call and or email us if you have questions or concerns about your parcel.
17-How Long Does My refund Take ?
Our accounting department once notified will process your refund normally within 24hrs-48hrs (Business Hours)once they receive the request from our Customer Service Dept.They may also refund you earlier if possible.You will receive an email confirming your refund for your records.
18-How do I order from your website ?
We have created an instruction page please see tab " How To Order Instructions " at bottom of home page.
19-Can I send you pictures of my builds to post on your website ?
Yes you may email to us photos of your Model Kit Builds, Model train Layouts...etc. We will review them and post them on our website.
Please contact us prior to sending photos for full instructions.
Note: We do not retain copyright of your photos,we simply display them to the World to assist others with their projects. We reserve the right at anytime to delete any photos from our gallery without notice,and or decline any photos that do not meet our quality standards.
