We offer all our customers top priority care in all matters pertaining to returning item, cancellation, exchange, and or refund.
REFUNDS:
As of January 2025, we will no longer refund all orders 45 days or older from date of purchase.
In store credit only to be provided or exchange of product(s) of same value for all orders.
As of January 2025, No Refund or Exchange to be provided with all orders dated 45 days or more.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product purchased in sealed factory condition not altered in any form for full refund within 30 days from purchase, customer to pay all return shipping costs including carrier and / or postal insurance. Orders exceeding 30 days refund hereby deemed null and void, and in-store credit will be provided to the customer. Pre-Orders and or Backorders are excluded and are hereby deemed to be final sale and or special order. Strike Force Hobbies will work with customers to ensure all concerns and all matters as per refund are resolved. Strike Force Hobbies hereby reserves the right at its' discretion to waive our refund policy upon review of order(s) and will work with the customer to resolve all matters.
PayPal refund policy in effect if customer requests a refund beyond said period of days customer is to receive an in-store credit only or exchange for another item of same dollar value before shipping and taxes (Taxes apply to Canadian orders only ).
Refund requests are always reviewed on a case-by-case basis and Strike Force Hobbies reserves the right to waive the said refund policy at any time as deemed by our refund investigations department.
PRODUCT (READY TO SHIP) CANCELLATION POLICY:
Order cancellation where product ordered has been prepared, packaged, and fully labeled for shipping a restocking fee will apply.
Please note that our restocking fee is 25% of which will be deducted from the customer refund.
All " Ready to Ship " orders that are abruptly cancelled by the customer will be fully reviewed. Strike Force Hobbies hereby reserves the right at its' discretion to waive said cancellation policy upon review of order(s)
RETURNS:
The item must be returned in factory new condition, factory sealed, and all parts sealed intact in box. If purchase is returned in opened condition, tampered with or damaged we will automatically void your refund, return and or exchange.
Items marked FINAL SALE there are no refunds or exchanges.
Items that are ordered and are out of production kits no refunds are provided we will do exchange only.
All refunds, returns or exchanges must have an authorization tag number supplied by us. If you are returning an item, please contact customer service department.
Restocking fee may be charged when merchandise is returned in an open box, in a badly damaged box, or without the original box it came in. Restocking fee may also be charged if merchandise is returned without all the original packaging, instructions, and accessories. A restock fee may also be applied on custom and or special orders that are cancelled . This rate is 25 % of the item cost.
DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION RETURN TAG NUMBER DISPLAYED ON BOX.
All refunds are processed minus original shipping charges.
Customer must pay for shipping and insurance costs on all returns when purchase has been repackaged by the customer

All refused shipments will be charged 40 % restocking fee and credited less shipping fees on the account.
Items must be returned within 15 days from receiving our RETURN CODE and or as per our email notification verification date / time as recorded in our files or refunded is voided.
Customer must pay for shipping and insurance cost.
NO POSTAGE DUE TO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND NO CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED FOR SHIPPING CHARGES.

DAMAGED RETURNS:
Please review your items when they arrive at your door if any damage is shown please refuse the delivery.
If you have already accepted the delivery and thus find shipping damage, save all the packaging material and documents by e-mail our support line . We will work with the carrier to resolve the matter and make a claim.
STRIKE FORCE HOBBIES assumes no financial liability for items receiving damage. We will endeavor to assist you in resolving all concerns per damaged goods. Customer must make claim with the carrier.
CORRECT METHOD RETURNING PRODUCT:
CLEARLY MARK “RTS” (return to sender) AS SHOWN ON THE PLASTIC WHICH HOLDS YOUR SHIPPING LABEL.
PLEASE HIGHLIGHT OUR ADDRESS AND CROSS OUT YOUR ADDRESS TO AVOID ERRORS.
TAKE CARTON TO ANY POSTAL OUTLET U.S.A OR CANADA AND REQUEST RETURN TO SENDER.
YOU WILL BE CHARGED POSTAGE AND WE ADVISE YOU TO PURCHASE INSURANCE WITH THE RETURN.
We reserve the right to apply a 25 % administration fee from the purchase price before taxes and shipping costs to all returns classified as out of production or special order(s).
This fee applies to all products (s) returned by customer that require locating via our distributor network are out of production and or no longer manufactured.
