Shipping Policy

ALL PARCELS WILL REQUIRE YOUR SIGNATURE AS CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT AS OF PRODUCTS ACCEPTED AND DELIVERED. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS COMPANY POLICY.

WE PROVIDE EXACT SHIPPING COSTS TO ALL CUSTOMER(S), LARGE HEAVY PARCELS MAY HAVE EXTRA SHIPPING COST APPLIED. CUSTOMER(S) WILL BE ADVISED

STRIKE FORCE HOBBIES CANNOT SHIP TO:

AFGHANISTAN, CUBA, INDONESIA, IRAQ, IRAN, LIBYA, SINGAPORE, AND NORTH KOREA AT THIS TIME.

FOREIGN SHIPMENTS RESTRICTED ITEMS NOTICE:

We at Strike Force Hobbies will not ship goods to third parties.

Strike Force Hobbies will not ship orders to all freight forwarding companies.

 There are some categories of hobby merchandise which Strike Force Hobbies cannot ship overseas destinations due to Company Policy & Government restrictions:

 All Radio-Controlled Products are over $125.00 retail value.

 Any drop shipped orders placed from third party sources.

 All spray paint cans and aerosol products such as compressed air.

 All rocket motors or rocket kits containing motors cannot be shipped to foreign destinations.

Postal regulations have additional restrictions on types of merchandise shipped to some foreign countries.

We at Strike Force Hobbies in each case will honor these restrictions. Any restricted items will be removed from the customer’s order and credit applied.

We ship daily to CANADA, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and INTERNATIONAL destinations.

Upon checking out you will thus be given the choice to choose your shipping method; the cost will be displayed based on your location. This allows you to choose the best cost suited to your budget whether it is next day, ground, airmail...etc. the choice is yours to make.

We utilize CANADA POST/PRIORITY POST, PUROLATOR INTERNATIONAL, AND FEDEX.  

IMPORT AND DUTY TAXES:

In other regions of the world customers may be asked to pay import duty, taxes, custom clearance charges, anyone or all the above payments may be requested from you and you are responsible for these costs.

We thus have no control as per any of the above charges. If a package is returned due to nonpayment of taxes or import duty charges, we will deduct 20% re-stocking fee from your payment and shipping charges. The remaining balance will be refunded or credited to the customer.

We highly recommend you contact your country customs office if you are unclear of costs. Please note if customs do not inspect your parcel, you may not be charged for taxes and import duty charges. You are the importer of goods when receiving items and you should comply with all laws of your country.

CALCULATING SHIPPING COST:

We use a “base rate " for calculating shipping charges on all DOMESTIC and INTERNATIONAL orders.

Shipping costs may be higher due to size and weight of the parcel, we will advise the customer.

We do not overcharge customers with shipping costs; customers pay exact rate as deemed by the selected carrier.

 Large Orders, Heavy & Large Parcels extra shipping charges will apply customer to be notified via email or phone.

We will not be held responsible for shipping delays and are unable to issue refunds for shipping charges because of delayed shipments due to peak seasonal demand, acts of God, acts of civil military authority, earthquakes, hurricanes, Snowstorms, fires, strikes, floods, epidemics, attacks, war,delays in transportation, acts and conditions beyond the control of our freight carriers. other causes beyond Seller's reasonable control, including, without limitation, delays in obtaining products from distributors, necessary credit card authorization, address verification and/or necessary information from buyer to process order.

We RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE SHIPPING CHARGES DUE TO ANY AND ALL INCREASES FROM CARRIERS BE IT COURIER AND OR POSTAL.
